The given table summarizes the number of cars produced in Argentina, Australia and Thailand in 2003, 2006, 2009.

In 2003, amongst the three countries, Argentina had the least number of cars manufactured and the number stood at 235,088, but in 2006 and 2009, Argentina witnessed an increase in the cars manufactured. It reached a peak of 466,089 in 2009. On the other hand, in Australia the car production decreased, starting at 452,163 in 2003 and hit a rock bottom of 245,624 in 2009, which is almost a difference of 200,000 cars. In 2006, Argentina and Australia approximately made 350,000 cars each.

Finally, Thailand began with production of 735,852 cars in 2003, which is greater than the combined total of cars made by Argentina and Australia in the same year. In Thailand, a significant jump of around 380,000 cars produced was witnessed in 2006 and this production value dropped by almost 115,000 to 999,963 in 2009.

Therefore, we can conclude that Thailand is the country with the most number of cars manufactured. From 2003 to 2009, car production saw a drop in Australia, whereas, Argentina increased its car manufactured count during the same period.
