The table below illustrates the visitor number to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was redecorated while the charts show the conclusion of investigation how satisfied they were when they come during this period of time. it can be clearly seen that the refurbishment lead to the positive visitors ‘s attitude.

According to the table, the number of visitors increased sharply from 74,000 to 92,000 after the museum redecorated. In addition, the percentage of very satisfied customer was twice as many as before refurbishment (35 percent) whereas the proportion of satisfied customer were the largest , this figure were more 10 percent than before redecorated ( 40 percent).

By contrast, during the time after refurbishment saw a significant drop in the percentage of dissatified visitors from 40 percent to 15 percent meanwhile the dissatisfied customer proportion was half as many as before. Finally there were no change in the percentage of visitors who had no comment.
