The two pie charts illustrate how many people visited Ashdown Museum and the percentage of satisfaction before and after museum refurbishment.
Overall, there is an increase in the number of visitors visiting the museum. In addition, there are more people expressed satisfaction of their visits, while the dissatisfaction rate decreased after the refurbishment. The numbers of no response survey remained the constant.
Regarding the visitors who took the surveys and felt satisfaction after the museum refurbishment, the numbers of people who were very satisfied and satisfied increased significantly from 45 people to 75 people.
The numbers of dissatisfied visitors dropped rapidly from 40 people before the refurbishment from only 15 people after the refurbishment. Likewise, there is a decrease in the number of people who expressed very dissatisfied from 10 people to 5 people. Furthermore, the numbers of visitors did not express their opinions kept the same at 5 people.
