Overall, it can be clear that after the museum was refurbished, the number of visitors rose significantly and more positive feedbacks were surveyed.
Before reconstructed, Ashdown Museum received 15 percentage of very satisfied feedback while the number in the year after refurbishment was about 2.5 times much more than that. In addition, the percentage of people satisfying about the museum during the period after renovation slightly grew which was 40% in comparison with that in the period before reconstruction that was 30%. More importantly, the museum witnessed dramatic decrease in the rate of dissatisfied feedback from visitors after renovated, from 40% to 15%. There was a modest reduction in the number of very dissatisfied comments after refurbishment which was from 10% to 5%. The proportion of no response feedback still accounted for the minority of the total one, about 5%.
