The table gives information about five types of vehicles registered in Australia in 2010, 2012 and 2014.

The table compares the number of five kinds of means of transportation which people in Australia registered in three distinct years (2010, 2012 and 2014).

It is noticeable that passenger vehicles were registered the most in all three years. However, from 2010 to 2014, the number of motorcycles registered experienced the most significant change.

In 2010, there were around 11800000 passenger vehicles registered in Australia while the figure for Commercial vehicles was lower, at only 2300000 ones. Meanwhile, the quantity of motorcycles and heavy trucks which people in Australia chose to register were 540000 vehicles and 384000 ones respectively. By contrast, only 106000 light trucks were registered legally in this year.

The year 2014 witnessed increases in the number of all types of vehicles registered in Australia. Noticeably, the number of motorcycles registered increased dramatically, with the proportion of change from 2010 to 2014 at 30,8%. At the same time, the figures for light trucks and commercial vehicles were approximately 23,5% and 17,4% respectively. In addition, the percentage of change in the number of heavy trucks registered was lowest, at 8,3%, compared to 10,2% of passenger vehicles.
