A glance at three charts demonstrated annual expenditure in a particular school in 1981, 1991 and 2001. Overall, there are two main groups illustrated in the graph: single trends including increase or decrease, and couple trends including both increase and decrease.
In the first group, it is indicated that the expenditure on insurance climbed up tediously form 1981 to 2001, form a minority percentage to roughly 10%. Other workers' salaries, on the contrary, experienced a noticeable collapse of 13%, this figure only stood at 15% in 2001.
In the second group, even though teachers' salaries were invested the most to one half in 1991, this figure declined by 5% in 2001. Similarly, there was an impressive expenditure on resource books in 1991, which was one-fifth in 1991, the spending on this went down dramatically to 9% after 10 years. Meanwhile, furniture and equipment experienced a decrease of 10% in the investment, but it was financed up to 23% in 2001.
In conclusion, the changes in all features are changed considerably with the mass expenditure was always for teachers.
