Dear Mr. Thomson
I have been a regular customer at your electrical store. I have never experienced complaints regarding any electrical equipment that I bought from your shop. But, currently there is one. I am writing this letter to inform you about the malfunctioning of the printer that I purchased last month.
I purchased an HP laser printer 405 during the month of November during the black Friday sale. I was very happy with the offer that I got. But when I started using it, it created a lot of problems for me. The papers that I put in for print outs usually get stuck in it. I have manually altered it once or twice, but it seems that is is permanently struck. Also, the quality of print is not up to the mark
I purchased this equipment as it is very basic part of my work. I am full time language teacher and translator. I have to pass on many assignments as a part of their daily task to my students. Moreover, their exams are just few weeks away. Hence, it is all the more a big problem for me as of now.
As your company offers one year warrantee to all the equipment . i would like your company to either repair the printer or I would be very satisfied if you replace the product as it has been troubling since the very start. Additionally, I would want you to take a quick action against my complaint letter.
