Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to deliver the tough decision that I will resign my favorite job this month.

I feel really sorry that I am going to study abroad in Canada this August. I chose the computer programming field to pursue my next education and plan to apply for a developer job in a Financial Technology company. Hopefully, I also intend to seek an immigration opportunity in Canada.

This is really a difficult choice because I extremely appreciate all opportunities given, such as moving to learn in Money market desk for 1 year and the Product course in Hong Kong next month. And another thing is the warm kindness of colleagues in Mitsubishi UFJ for me in 2 years.

Due to my short notice, I would like to suggest Mrs. Dung Anh be a proper replacement because we already decided to swap our positions this financial year. I will take this change to hand over all of my current tasks and knowledge in Foreign exchange desk.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Khang Do.
