Dear Mr. John,

I am writing in regards to the possibility of a bookkeeper job in Brampton restaurant.

First of all, I would like to say that it was a great pleasure to meet you at Tokyo international airport while coming back to Toronto. I remember when I saw you first time in the ANA lounge while having dinner.

As I mentioned to you that I have completed my graduate certificate program in Accountancy from Seneca college recently. Thus, I am interested to start a job as a bookkeeper to gain experience in this stream.

Moreover, I have worked as an accountant in Japan for a couple of years. So, I am Familiar with various duties which are required to work as a bookkeeper, such as filing ITR forms, data entries, and bank reconciliations. What is more, I have strong communication skills and other traits, for instance, leadership and co-operation.

Therefore, I hope that I would be ideal for the aforementioned job. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,

Harry
