My name is Shivani. I live in your college accommodation and I am writing in regards to some problems which I have been facing recently that you have made it difficult for me to concentrate my work.
I am in my second year now and currently share my room with a person who is in fourth year. While, I understand that sharing a room is required for all residents in this accommodation, my roommate has been making it very difficult for me to study.
The problem is that he often invites people over for parties without telling me in advance. This was true even last week during the exam period. I have tried to consel with him but all things are gone to vain.
I am hoping that you will be able to place me in a quiter room for the next semester. I apologise for the trouble, but I need to be able to study in my residence.
