Dear frind,
I am writing a letter to say extremly sorry because I will not be able to meet you in net two weeks. I am really keen on to visit you and spend lasure time with you but unfortunatly my schedual does not permit.
I would like to make claer that I have a business trip exactly at this time, also I did not bear in mind until I have recieved a reminder email from my boss. At firs I was schocked in order to promise you to cach up on old time, afterward I came to conclusion that write a letter and explain the problem. I hope my matter will be understandable enough, in addition you would not bother.
I suggest that set another time, if you have free time for next month. Meanwhile I will buy two cinema tickets for that time to compensate. I think you will be kind enough to agree new plan.
I am looking forward to answering my letter.
