A friend has offered you some work in his company. You are currently employed and not able to start for 3 months. Write a reply to your friend. In your letter:
– give details of what you know about his company.
– explain your current situation
– give your answer to the offer and explain why

Dear Pratik,

I am writing this letter to thank you for the offer that you have made to me but I am afraid I will not be able to joinyouas I have my commitments towards my job and also the employer.

I am very well aware of the products and services your company is dealing with and the market that you have captured in just three years. I fondly remember the time when we sat over to discuss the business plan for your organization. I am also overwhelmed to know that you have your clients based in the USA, Canada and Sweden and this is nothing less than an evident for your exponential growth. In such a short span of time, you have truly become an entrepreneur.

You are aware that I am already working on a project with my current organization and have to travel overseas frequently. So, at this point of time, it seems a bit difficult to quit and join you. You know how determined I have always been towards my job and my employer! I would be unprofessional on my part to leave this job. However, if you need any input from me, at any point of time, please don’t hesitate as I will consider myself fortunate to help someone who is growing internationally.

I look forward to hear from you and hope that you will be able to empathize with me.

Yours Truly,
Navpreet
