I am writing to thank you for inviting me over to your house next summer holiday. Unfortunately, I won't be able to come to your country because I have already planned the summer vacation.
Let me explain my situation in more detail. I was planning for a trip to India for a long time now. But I was unable to manage time due to my hectic project works. This year summer vacation, I'll go to India, and I'll visit seven states of India for a 21-day long trip. I have purchased all the tickets for me and another colleague of mine who will accompany me on this trip. I am quite excited about visiting India during my summer vacation.
Can you let me know of another time you will be free? I'd love to visit your place and stay for a few days. I'm interested in learning how you are holding up in the new country. It's been 3 years already you left this country for Myanmar. However, I'll have another vacation at the end of June for 10 days. I would love to spend those 10 days at your place.
