Dear sir,
I am penning down this epistle to draw your attention towards the discomfort that is being caused due to the absence of a cafeteria in office premises.
Apparently, yesterday I was sitting with my colleagues during the lunch hours and there, the topic of discussion was relating to the obstacles the staff has encountered while having lunch. First of all, every staff member does lunch on his/her designated desk which has become troublesome for others, reason being the aroma of food is quite distracting. Moreover, the rapport of firm is at stake since, when any client approaches the staff in lunch hours, the food is on table.
I am quite concerned about the situation as not only the workers are struggling to enjoy their lunch but the clients, too, are feeling weird in the same scenario. Even, talking about myself, I really feel awkward when I am having my food and in neighbouring cubicle, another person is concentrating on something important.
Thus, I reckon, in order to curtail the prevailing issue, provision of a cafeteria would be highly conducive. Regarding the same, the conference hall at second floor would be an apt place as it is not in use since a while. Even, we can hire any catering agency to offer meals and snacks for lunch. These actions will offer convenience and privacy to all during lunch hours.
