Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to give some suggestion related to the oncoming celebration of Ganesh festival in our community.
My name is Bina Atm and I am a residence of apartment 3A. During the last year celebration, there were some problems, particularly with seating arrangements and garage disposal. Many people did not get space to sit down and enjoy the show. They were forced to stand the entire duration. Another issue was related to garage. Since there were single-use plates and glasses, it mounted to a substantial amount of trash.
Therefore, for this year, I would like to suggest that while ordering the chairs, please ensure that the numbers are correct so that everyone gets one seat. In addition, you can order a few extra as they always come handy. Another suggestion is residents can be asked to bring their own plates and glasses, so we can limit the number of litter. It can also be a small initiative towards saving our environment.
