Just to remind you that you were hired to install pipes in all the washrooms of my house, and everything went really well. I did not have any complain from your work until yesterday.
Let me explain you what exactly happened. Since yesterday there has been water leakage from two of the pipes you installed. Although i tried to fix it using some tools and techniques, all efforts went in vein, and now my house is flooding. As far as i understood, the connection of these particular pipes are loose, so it could not take the load of water flow, hence started throwing it out. I think if you bring your tools and re-install these pipes with proper pressure, the water leakage will stop.
It will be great if you can visit tomorrow morning to fix the issue, and for future, i would recommend you to do an final inspection after you finish the job to check if everything is function well.
