Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to let you know that I intend to terminate my membership next month.
I am a platinum member which, as I am sure you know, entitles me to use your facilities in all
locations across the country. I availed of the offer on your website and paid online with my credit
card at the start of the year.
Since joining your club I have become fitter, happier and more well rounded as a person. The
morning yoga sessions help me to meditate before a busy day at work and I am also able to let
out my aggression on the punching bags in the evening.
Unfortunately, I am unable to continue with my membership because I am going back to live in
Ireland. I looked at your international locations and it looks like Ireland is not one of the
countries you are present in, but if you decide to launch a gym there I would be more than
happy to rejoin.
