Dear Mr. Mosit,
I am writing this letter to bring into your notice about the rotten smell emanating from your backyard. Since last two weeks, we have been experiencing bad smell and when tried to find it out the root, we got confirmed that it is from your backyard. Initially my perception was it could be from my house so I invited the specialist cleaner to clean my house in order to get rid of smell last week but it was confirmed that it is coming from right side of my house wall which is your house.
Looks like you or your tenants have forgot to place the garbage on street to get picked which might be the reasons for bad air. If this is the case, you may instruct your family members to keep garbage on street instead of backyard which cause problems for others. Also, recently I have observed that your tenants do not use dustbin and throw litters from 2nd floor which sometimes fell on my terrace and cause uncleanliness at my house.
