Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Amanpreet Kaur, and I have my bank account in your bank State Bank of India, Patiala Branch, and through this letter, I would like to register my complaint regarding the cheque book service which is not yet sent by your bank.
Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. Firstly, I ordered a new cheque book since 14 of July, now it has been two weeks, but still, I did not get this. Secondly, I applied this by online bank service which is served by your bank. When I made a request for a new cheque book then I got a message of transaction. Moreover, the amount for a new cheque book is already paid by me via online transaction service.
It has been a long time. I m a private employee in marketing company so I have to need this to make a payment to my clients owing to this I need a cheque book on urgent basis. However, I will ready to wait for it up to more one week, if you delay more than this time period then I would like to switch my account to another bank. So, I need your favour to look into this matter personally, if possible.
