Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
you ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Amanpreet Kaur, and I have my bank account in your bank State Bank of India, Patiala Branch, and through this letter, I would like to register my complaint regarding the cheque book service.

Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. Firstly, I ordered a new cheque book since 14 of July, now it has been two weeks, but still, I did not get this. Secondly, I applied this by online bank service which is served by your bank. When I made a request for a new cheque book then I got a message of transaction. Moreover, the amount for a new cheque book is already paid by me via online mode.

It has been a long time. I need this cheque book to make a payment for our companies clients owing to this I want this on urgent basis. Therefore, I would like to request you to look at this matter personally. If possible could you tell me the time period, your bank will take to send this at my home address?

Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kaur
