Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a frequent traveler from Seattle domestic airport, and I am writing to express my disappointment at the airport's unpreparedness for the holiday season, due to which I missed my flight last week.

Expecting the holiday season rush, I reached the airport four hours prior to my scheduled departure. When I reached the airport, I found that only two security terminals were operational, which was inadequate to handle the increased traffic. As a result, I missed my flight. Because there were no available seats on other flights, I had no choice but to return home.

Due to the airport's mismanagement, I was unable to spend the holiday season with my family. I am sure you can understand my financial loss and emotional distress and can empathize with me.

To cope up with the holiday traffic, I would urge you to take prompt action to increase the number of security terminals. I would suggest hiring more staff and onboard automated screening technology to expedite the process. Additionally, it would also be helpful to publish the current wait times online, so that the travelers can plan accordingly.

I am hoping for favorable action from your side.

Yours Faithfully,

John Smith
