Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that the system for the collection of garbage in in our local area is not working properly nowadays, as the waste collection vehicle has not come for the past one week, thereby a delay has experienced in the collection of garbage.
Let me explain the problem in detail. The rubbish which was collected and deposited in a place which is nearby main road were not removed on time which made a foul smell in the region. Moreover, this leads to rapid increase of flies and mosquitoes which can further cause diseases. Me and my neighbors cannot be stepped down from our houses due to the bad smell which is coming from the garbage.
Would you kindly help me in arranging a garbage vehicle to collect and dump wastes on a regular basis? It would be really helpful if you could regularly monitor the garbage collection in our area as this is happening the third time. Waiting in anticipation for your reply.
