Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing a letter to inform you about the problem that our neighborhood has been faced. We used to enjoy our neighborhood because it was clean and tidy. Since the collection rubbish machine is not working very well, the streets are full of garbage that it does not collect properly. Also, the collection rubbish machine make annoying sound that it does not allow residents to rest at night.
I would like to mention that since garbage are stored in boxes, it is more likely to contaminate the environment. Therefore, people who live in these area suffer from health problems. In addition, it causes several difficulties. For instance, cats and dogs find their food from these garbage and the streets become dirty.
I suggest that you send the requirement to purchase new machines or replace old machines with automatic system. Moreover, you should recruit some workforces to monitor new system. I hope you find it useful.
