Dear Sir / Madam,
I’m writing this letter to inform you about the garbage collection facility in our area is out of order and not functioning properly. Previously every day there was a truck which used to come in our area to collect all the garbage in front of the house bin’s but we noticed that for few weeks the garbage collection truck is not coming because the truck engine got some problems.
Since the truck is not coming for few weeks which causing ample amount of rubbish around the area. Our children used to play outside the house and due to rubbish there are a lot of germs are born which is making our children and old sick.
I would suggest to get the garbage collection truck fixed as soon as possible and in the meantime please arrange another truck which can quickly clean the area from rubbish so the further spread of disease can be stopped.
