I am writing this letter in response to your request for my suggestions on ways to improve our reception area.
As you are already familiar with the complaints made by the arrivals, these are generally regarding the untidy area of our reception and its improper facility of air conditioning. Due to these reasons they feel suffocating after entering our premises. Also, the other reason for their complaint is the unavailability of chairs in this area.
As the reception area is on the extreme right side of our entrance, its shoddy condition put a very bad impression on the people entering the company. Moreover, we have a lot of foreign clients who visits our premises on daily basis, so it is important to ensure the cleanliness of this area.
According to me, we should renovate this area and appoint a permanent cleaner for its regular upkeep. Also, we should install a new air conditioner here, so that our clients may not feel hot during summers. In addition, we should set up new chairs also.
I hope you will consider my suggestions in a positive way.
