Dear Manager,
My name is James, I am resident of apartment no 85, South Avenue, Brampton, On behalf residents of this area, I am writing this letter to complain about the bus service we are receiving from last two weeks. Although, we all are happy with the behavior of staff and overall condition of buses, but the timings of the buses is really unpredictable.
I am working in Downtown area, so I have to travel daily to and fro from South Avenue. As per the official website and time-table chart at bus stop, there are 6 buses scheduled in peak hours, in the morning 7 AM to 9 AM and in the evening 6 PM to 8 PM from South Avenue to Downtown. From last 15 days only 4 buses out of 6 buses run on time. Most of the time the trip of rest 2 buses got cancelled or changed.
Due to these changes it is very difficult to catch the bus on time, sometime we have to wait for bus for up to 40-45 minutes and sometime we miss the bus just by the gap of 2-5 minutes. Not only this, it is very difficult for elderly people and students to wait for long times or travel in crowded buses.
I would suggest you to re-examine the schedule of South Avenue area, if possible kindly, add more buses in this route as the number of passengers are increasing day by day. Secondly, if there is any changes in the timings and route map, please, make it public well in advance through newspapers or city radio channels so that people can plan there travel accordingly.
