Dear Sir,
This is in connection to the punctuality of the bus in the past two weeks; the services of the bus have drastically worsened with the appointment of the new driver. There is no timekeeping of the bus and the variation in the place happens without any prior information. I live quite far from the common bus stop point. The variation is really affecting my stress levels and health.
I live 10 kilometers away from the common point of boarding the bus. However, I have always been on time to catch the bus without disturbing the route and asking for favors. The appointment of this new driver is creating a lot of problem to me as well as other staff boarding the bus. The driver changes the route of the bus but do not informs within the stipulated time and just messages everyone an hour before. Since I live very far and start from my home at least two hours before so it becomes impossible for me to change the route. To change the passage in an hour is a tedious task. Moreover, this happening is quite frequent. The behavior of the driver is also very rude and does not listen to anyone for any matter.
I would request the human resources to interfere in the matter and provide a resolution. Look forward to hearing from you.
