I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the consistency of ongoing bus service in Erin Mills area of Mississauga city. The buses are not arriving on time as scheduled and most of the buses are heavily crowded and this problem is obstructing my work life balance on daily basis.
I regret to inform you that your service is below my expectations as I usually get late at work , As a result my everyday routine is getting disturbed. Moreover, due to delayed arrivals most of the buses comes heavily crowded and sometimes you have to wait for another one to reach your destination easily by having seat availability. However all buses are air conditoned, but because of overcrowding sometimes air conditioning has no effect as well.
I trust that you will give this matter your urgent consideration and look forward to receiving any suggestions you might have to overcome this problem.
