I am a native of vale street. This letter is to complain about the bus service in this region. The problem has started from the last couple of weeks and is still persisting.
To begin with, most of the people of this location are working and for commuting the highly depends upon public transport. Nevertheless, the fact even after knowing this the bus is never on time. This has resulted in the salary deduction of many of employees.
Personally, I am the one who had suffered the most because of these reliability issues. This incident happened with me on the 10th of October. On that day, I was having an important presentation and I was to be promoted on that basis. But on that day the bus itself arrived 2 hours late from it is designated, owing to which I lost the chance of my increment and hardly was able to save my job.
Coming to the suggestions, the main idea is to change the driver and conductor the both because many times they have taken personal routes for the sake of earning extra money. Along with that, there must be strict action taken against them so that they can understand the severity of their negligence. Also, there must be different buses allocated to different routes.
