I am writing this letter to complain about the bus service in my area.
During the last few weeks, I have experienced many issues related to the timings of the bus during the day. A recurrent bus delay happened in the morning and sometimes in the evening. Another problem was related to the air conditioners which was not working properly at the travel time between my house and the work area.
As a result of the previously mentioned issues, I have got warning from my manager and the human resources department due to repeated delay every morning. Also, I had a flu due to the damaged air conditioners and the poor ventilation at the bus.
I would appreciate it if you could adjust the bus timings in the morning by avoiding the rush hour between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. It would be better if the bus starts his journey before 8:30 am. Thanks in advance.
