I am MD Arifur Rahaman, a regular passenger of you Anabil bus service. I have been using your bus facilities for more than a year in my work trip and I admire your management for quality service with reliability. I am writing you due to few issues I am currently facing like other passenger regarding your service, specifically for your new driver.
The matter of fact that, in the period of using your bus service so long, I never faced any big issues until recent time while a new driver has recruited. Firstly, the new guy is not a professional at all in his duty. He has not well behaved while cooperating with passengers. Secondly, he drives very roughly without maintaining proper traffic rules, even sometime he started competition with other driver while driving. Most importantly, which I feel very dangerous and concern about is that, he use his mobile phone for conversation frequently in the middle operating bus. This is not only me having such dissatisfaction, other passenger also has similar complains against him.
Due to his attitudes and behavior, I feel very annoyed and unsafe to use your bus service. In addition to that, this kind of road experience affecting me psychologically by increasing my anxiety while riding and might be affecting other in same way. So as an old customer of your service, I have decided to write you about this and expecting some initiative to improve the situation. I would suggest to change the driver immediately if it is possible, otherwise at least you should warn him strictly or monitor his activities to make sure. You company is providing service in this route with for long with well reputation and I wish you will take action promptly to keep the status up in future.
