Dear Sir/Madam,

I am MD Rahaman, a student of your regular English class. I am writing you to describe a situation arise regarding my regular class timetable which not allowing me to attend the class scheduled routine.

I would like to inform you happily that recently I have manage to join a company as marketing executives which I was looking for long time. There offer is quite good though the time schedule is very much compact and strict. As I am in provisional period, I need to follow the rules and regulation very carefully. The matter of fact that, as marketing executive I need to spend longer time in the evening to assess company product requirements there, because of this it is not possible for me to attend the evening shift class I enrolled for in your institute. I am very much kin to finish the English course with you institute but I am afraid I have no scope to continue with current class timetable.

So, I would like to request you if it is possible to shift me with the late night batch. I know late night batch is quite demanding for the professionals but it would be great help for me if I can join.

I am looking forward for you response.

Your Sincerely
MD Rahaman
