Dear sir or madam,
I hope this letter finds you well, I have lived in Northern Red street for 4 years and during last 2 months I found the public transport have serious matters which quietly affect every commuter.
Let me explain you in details. you are completely aware as a public transport manager that the quantity of Bus station in this area is less than our vicinities . So all the passengers have to walk for a couple of minutes to find a station. Moreover, Since the population of this area is rising ,in comparison with the buses and taxis amount, we acquire more vehicles to decline the time that a traveler waste while waiting for a car or taxi. Furthermore, all the public transportation vehicles are antique and useless and it be more respectful to local people to been transport in new cars and buses. Your assistance in these matters is greatly appreciated.
