Write a letter to the bus company about something you lost on a bus. In your letter, give details of your bus trip, tell them what you lost, and explain what you'd like them to do.

Dear Sir,

I am one of your regular customers from my home to office. I am writing this letter to track my bag which one is containing some important documents that I have missed today morning.

Generally, I travel from Indira Nagar to BTM Layout through 286 B bus. Today, unfortunately too much crowd so I am unable to secure the seat in order that I placed my bag on the luggage carrier. I was in hurry to step down to my destination at that moment I totally forget to lift my bag what I realized after reaching the office.

I would request you to check the bus driver or conductor about an unclaimed bag. It was black color leather bag and two buckles. Also, front and a brand name Safari on it. I will be grateful if you can contact on below-mentioned contact number for any information about the loss.

Thank you for your anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
John
