Dear Mr. X,
My name is Y, one of the “ Helmsdale drive” dwellers. I would like to lodge a complaint against the garbage disposal and the dirty roads because of the same which was rapidly rising in the recent times.
To begin with, I would like to bring the problems caused by the garbage disposal to your notice. This was because of the two reasons. On the one hand, garbage disposed by the neighbors are not properly tied and disposed in the appropriate designated area.
On the other hand, due to the shortage of the garbage bins, the trash was spilled all over the road beside the bin. This attracts the rodents nearby and spreads the infectious diseases. Moreover, it also brings the rubbish smell all over the area and causes the air pollution.
As a community head, please kindly do the needful to rectify the problem. I would also like to suggest something to overcome the issue. Please address the neighbors and bring the awareness about the issue. Kindly increase the number of bins in designated area. Moreover, you can separate it as recyclable and non recyclable bins which also decrease the negative impact on the environment.
Kindly, increase the employees for the litter disposal also. These ideas will eventually decrease air and land pollution. Your sincere attention and prompt action is highly appreciated.
