Dear Mr. Alex,
I’m writing this letter regarding the garbage issues in our neighborhood. We have recently moved to this neighborhood from city outskirt to your community. We didn’t face any kind of nuisance in the city peripherals as it is always very clean and environment friendly but ever since we started to live here, there is an issue with garbage disposal.
I have already talked with our community chairman as we should find a solution in our next community meeting. I heard that you have been living in this community for more than 10 years with your family and you should be familiar with our neighborhood. I have noticed few times the garbage disposed by you are not properly tied or not disposed appropriately in the designated area. This would cause the garbage to spill out and cause air pollution in our neighborhood. It may lead to many airborne diseases and may impact our children in our community.
To mitigate this problem, I would recommend working collaboratively to solve this issue. Since we lived in the remote areas, we used to dispose the garbage on daily basis and will use a separate designated area for disposal. As we are living in a closed community, we should adhere to strict following rules for garbage disposal. We will come up with schedule of picking up garbage based on the apartment units.
The Apartments under the schedule can dispose the garbage in the designated area and the rest should follow their respective timings. All the garbage’s are disposed only in a closed or tied garbage bags. If fails to do so, community will ask them to pay penalty for not meeting the guidelines. Hope this helps to solve the issue with garbage and thanks for understanding.
