Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing this letter regarding my baggage claim filed on Dec 21st, 2017 with Air Europa airlines. I have traveled to Germany via London on Dec 20th, 2017 with Air Europa Airlines. As there was a delay of two hours with my connecting flight in London Airport, I have asked to board on to the next available flight which is four hours away from my actual boarding time. Also, I was confirmed by the Airlines authorities that my baggage will be reach on time before I reach Germany international Airport.
As it was confirmed, I boarded the next flight and reached Germany international airport. I was waiting near Air Europa airline luggage conveyor belt to receive my baggage but it didn’t reach me. So, I went to your airline customer support center and inquired about the status of my baggage. They suggested to give my contact address and my baggage will reach me in two hours. Unfortunately, it didn’t reach me until the next day and called again the customer service to file a lost and found incident ticket.
It's been more than 3 days since I filed my complaint but there is no status update on my claim status. As I’m on the official trip, I have my office suits and other important things are left behind with the baggage. I’m requesting your airline to take additional interests to find my luggage as early as possible otherwise I had to go for filing lawsuit against your airline and will take persuasive measures.
