I hope this letter finds you well. As you might be aware, about the tragic incident, that recently took place in Pakistan. Our organisation has planned to take up the matter in our own hands.Therefore, in order to provide facilities to the affectees and refugees, we need funds.
Let me explain you in detail. We are currently working on a plan to accommodate different families.However, government and other organisations have already contributed to certain level, but there is still shortage of money. Moreover, other than funds, tents and shelters are required to set-up camps for children and families. Further, we will be requiring blankets, sheets and food items, in order to cater the basic needs of people. Moreover, we have also started a marathon transmission to collect funds from different sources. However, we will be sending you details of our account numbers, so that you can collect money from different people at your end and get it deposited in our account.
Therefore, it is requested to arrange for the funds accordingly and get them transferred to the accounts, so that we can continue our work and help needy people.
