Two weeks ago, I have ordered a new cheque book as the existing one is about to finish. As per the banking policy, it was supposed to reach at my home address by last week. However, I did not receive it on time. Post that I decided to visit bank to understand the glitch. Accordingly, I came to know that it was not issued by the employee on time. It was not expected behaviour from such a renowned bank. Due to this, all transactions will remain pending.
I would like to request you please guide me with the information regarding waiting time. Please do let me know what action will you take over this matter.
