Dear Sir,
I am a citizen of Dhaka city corporation of your municipal for last 15 years. I am writing this letter to complaining you about a situation which is very dangerous.
I am md. shaimoon hossain, living in the north suburb near dhanmondi park of your municipal. Some adolescents play in the park with their pet dogs. dogs are running around the park furiously and try to catch anything in front of them. Older people with mobility problem and small children also play there.
last monday, a small kids aged 5-6 freaking out loudly and run down on the ground because one dog in running behind him. there are also other incident like the same happened daily. The children who carry these dogs can't have any control to them. so everybody who use the are in fear and dangerous situation.
I think your corporation give a strict rule and bend these dogs for the park.
I hope you understand the situation and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
