Write a letter to a restaurant manager to organise a party.
-Why you want to give the party?
-What special arrangements you will need?
- Any relevant question.
I am writing this letter with regards to check the availability of your restaurant for birthday function, next week.
Let me explain you in more detail. I am Tim Frank and planning to organise my sister's birthday at your restaurant on 10th July 2020. I am planning to book evening slot starting from 7 pm till 10 pm and around 50 people will be attending the party.
As my sister is turning 4 years old next week and she is fond of cartoon shows, so we are planning to keep Tom and Jerry theme as a decoration. Also, there will be kids who will be attending the party, so I would like to inculcate kids menu also in the dinner.
It would be grateful if you could let me know the availability of the restaurant and pricing for the same. I would also request you to send me the menu along with the costing of hall and decoration.
I will be waiting for your response.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Frank
