I am second year student studying Civil Engineering and I am writing to complain about the poor computer facility in our campus.
Let me explain in detail. I am regular user of computer facilities of our college for either surfing the internet or studying purpose. Until quite recently, I enjoyed using this service as it has helped me a lot to complete my previous academic assignments. However, since past few weeks, most of the computers are either not working or in maintenance mode. It is quite annoying and frustrating as I am not able to complete my current assignments due to unavailability of these machines. Thus I am left far behind my schedule of completing all the assignments.
I would like to requests you to kindly allocate skilled technician to repair these machines as soon as possible. In addition to this, try to update all computers with the latest version of the operating system and few licensed software’s.
