greetings for the day.
I am writing to let you know that i am not at all satisfied with the cleaning facility provided by you as most of the workers remain absent. it seems that they are quite sure that no disciplinary action will be taken against them.
let me explain my situation in more detail. The trouble started 2 months back ,prior to that everything was fine. However, from the past few days there has been a drastic change in the quality of service and most of the workers are not doing their work effectively. The scattered workers can be seen everywhere in our locality and its alarming for all of us as it can spread respiratory diseases among the residents. Moreover, the piling up of garbage is not only creating health related issues but it is also hampering the traffic flow.
Could you please appoint some new workers who are passionate for their work. At the same time i am hoping for an strict action for negligence.
