Dear Nimisha,
Thank you so far for being a supportive neighbour always. Recently it has been observed that you keep your dustbin outside the main door since we have common entrance it isn't comforting.
Dustbin at the doors looks untidy as well as sometimes stink, which is depressing when I come home from long hours of work. It is very unhealthy and can lead to inviting malarial fly's, which can prove fatal for both of us. Last weekend when my friends came to my place, they seem to be upset about the smell since we kept the doors open for other guests eventually we had to close it later.
Since we have the same layout, I request you to keep the bin the balcony next to the bathroom at the backyard; this is where I prefer keeping, it can be no problem for anyone.
I hope you understand the situation and take adequate action on the same.
