Dear John,
I am writing this letter to let you know that there is some water leakage problem in my washroom , as the pipe of your washroom is interconnected with our washroom's ceiling and due to this, there is continuous dripping of water all the day and floor is wet for the whole day.
We have been suffering from this problem from the last five days. We tried to contact you, but you were not at home, and after inquiring neighbors we got to know that you are on vacations. Even though, I called the plumber and showed him the whole situation, the leakage and water dripping from pipe and he wants to have a look at the pipes in your washroom.
Considering this problem, it is my humble request to you to repair the pipe as soon as possible. Perhaps, we will not be able to meet when u will come, as i have some urgent work out of town. So, please call the plumber and try to repair the pipe whenever you will come back home.
I hope you will do it quickly.
