You are going on a month training programme to the UK and know that the head of the course would like one of the participants to be the social events' organizer.
Write a letter to the Training Organizer. In your letter
• expressing your interest in the role
• requesting more information about it
• explaining what experience you have

Dear Sir,
This is in connection to the training programme in the UK and a social event organizer is required for the same. I would like to mention that I have a keen interest in this role as I have a prior experience in shaping the events.
I would like to understand in detail about the requirements so that I can plan the things accordingly in respect to my training timings. I would assure that my training part will not get affected in my planning. In my last company when I visited USA and UK for the trainings, I was the organizer of the event and was awarded by my CEO for the best planning. Moreover, my family is into the business of organizing events and exhibitions so I am well aware of the supplies and vendors.
Request you to kindly give me an opportunity to prove myself. Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Megha Gupta
