My name is Amanpreet Kaur, resident of Patiala, Punjab. I am so glad to receive an offer letter from your college Conestoga, Kitchener. This is a big opportunity for me to pursue my training course there. However, I am afraid of my accommodation because I have never visited this city before. Therefore, I want to seek your assistance.
Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. Firstly, my training course is about hotel management and the duration of this is 6 month that is from 07 August to 09 January. Secondly, as per letter, I will have to present at college before one week, so I will departure from India on 30TH July, and I will arrive there on 03 August.
Further, I will want to stay in a separate room with an attached bathroom as well as a wardrobe. Moreover, It should be not far away from college, because I have a not desire to waste my time in travelling. If possible, please book my room which has adequate sources of sunlight, then I can able to feel the warmth of the sun in winters.
Still, I have other questions in my mind regarding the transportation facility. Is the transport service is provided by your college or I have to arrange myself? If not, then could you give me the details regarding public transportation system with the fares.
