Dear Sir,
I am secretary for the North-Zones committee. Our organization members meet twice in a month and following this meeting we will have dinner at your restaurant. We had a meal last Friday which was not at all satisfactory, both in terms of quality of food and service.
Firstly, there were many complaints on food which was served last Friday. Fore-mostly, some of the food items were over cooked and the starters were burnt. The salads were not at all fresh moreover the lettuce turned either brown or black. And definitely they were not green.
Secondly, the service was not at all worthy nor appreciably. The food was served too late and they were below the standards. The servers do not even apologize for their delay, likewise they show reckless attitude towards the customers. Furthermore, they forgot to serve the welcome drink.
Before, the committee decides to restrict choosing your restaurant I, suggest you to ensure the best quality food and maintain professional servers. We need some assurance that this can be rectified so, that the committee would consider returning to your restaurant.
