Dear Sir / Madam,
I know you usually do not hear from me; however, today I must inform you about the sports competition which will be organized in the sports complex in the first week of September.
To introduce an event; National Swimming competition for younger generation arrangements have been initiated. participants across the countries are expected to be part of the event. Categorise are distinguished as per age that is below 20 years and gender, to make this as a bias contest. Furthermore, the winners will be sponsored by Tata Company to participate in international battle happening in Huwai in November.
Guest of honour; international male champion of 2018 Swapnil Sawant is going to be present throughout the tournament along with international Women champion Shruti Jadhav. Their presence will enlighten the performance and also boost their morales to be champions of the future.
I am looking after all the managements and getting set up the area, starting from entries of participation till the facilitation of the winners. Teams are being arranged under my guidance to look after necessary roles such as changing area, monitoring the water conditions etc.
We will be glad to have you be present in the tournament and motivate the contestants for future endeavour.
