Dear Mrs Shelton,
I am writing this letter to give our Honourable MP an invitation to become the part of a discussion regarding making more green areas in the society. I live in the Casper Society and the head of their local committee for developing Green belt around the society vicinity.
The idea of planting 1000 trees in the parks, parking and on the edges of footpath will remain abstract until he comes and actively participate on 29th July in community center. As there are alot of kids, scholars and old people living in our area, we should begin sowing more and more trees to fight against the pollution. Moreover, the people were obnoxious to use the parks because it doesn't have the trees, foothpaths and the proper sitting area. We would like to discuss about the allotment of some money to our township.
Would it be possible for him to visit our society in person? In long run, it will be beneficial for everyone who lives near our locality and motivate the other society members to initiate the process against lesser green areas. We would be elated to see him if he can get some time off from office hours.
